I have a lovely bright and airy double room to rent. It has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinet, desk, chair and storage shelves. Minutes away from Keele Uni and Royal Stoke UHNM. Walkable. Close to Bet365 too.
All bills included, inc broadband.
One bathroom, with modern shower, but the house has a second loo downstairs. This probably doesn't sound ideal, but it worked very well with my last lodger, who was here for a year. It is doable!

I am vegetarian but have lived successfully with meat eaters before. I have a double oven if meat is your thing.
I do not smoke or take drugs.
I have a dining room, to provide a sitting room if needed. It has a settee, table, chairs and TV.
There is a cleaner once a fortnight, to clean shared areas.
The set up would especially suit a professional person. Perhaps someone that commutes and needs to stay close to work for part of the week/month.
This is not a house share.
I am professionally employed myself.
