The house is spacious, kept clean, situated in a cul-de-sac and surrounded by the town allotments, the green walk, and the hills.

It is 7 minutes away by foot from Sainsbury's, 12 from (Milehouse) Morissons, 12 min. by foot from the Newcastle town centre, and 10 from the Stoke Train Station by car.

Room is £315 per month. Utilities (water, elec, gas, council tax and broadband) add another £100-150 monthly depending on season and individual heating preferences. The house has an energy efficiency rating of C.

There are a total of three bathrooms in this house. All current tenants are working professionals.
