Close to Amenities/desirable location:
5 minutes walk to Morrisons, Aldi and Home bargains (HB opening ~June)
Multiple bus stops within 5-10 minutes walk
Town centre 10 minutes walk
20 minutes journey to Keele university via busses 25 or 85
Approx 40 minutes bus journey to Staffordshire University

This is for female students only, proof of student status will be required

There will be expectations of high levels of cleanliness and the students must be comfortable with cats (current tenant, myself, has 2 cats at this property- feel free to ask for picture, always happy to provide lol)

Each room has a double bed, wardrobe, dresser and desk.
Each room is missing some things like a chair or side table but can be discussed with landlord- unless of course you’re willing to get it yourself or go without as the current tenants have opted to do this academic year:)

There is a dryer in the shed as well as a very large freezer. There is a hoover available and some other items I’ve personally purchased for the property so everything should be available/nothing needs to be bought upon arrival

There will be house rules for cleaning as well as taking turns purchasing shared items (eg loo role, kitchen roll etc)

Bedroom 1 is located downstairs and can be accessed though the living room or front door (keys available only to the tenant of this room)- others enter through side entrance which leads into the kitchen
Bedroom 2 is upstairs and overlooks the garden
