If you are looking for a very quite and relaxing house share, then this room will be ideal! The Room is clean, bright and spacious and all modern furnishings are provided including a memory foam mattress and the room is on the same floor as the Bathroom.

The house is a 5 minute walk to Newcastle town center and Sainsburys supermarket is just across the road. The street itself is off the main road and the neighbors are also very quite and there is plenty of free parking.

You will only be sharing with two other housemates and it is very likely you will rarely see them! If you have lived in a shared house before I am sure you know how hectic it can be when you live with a lot of people!

The current full time employed housemates are clean, friendly and respectful and the house itself is virtually new as it was completely refurbished not so long ago, and is always kept clean and tidy.

Couple are welcome however there would be an additional charge of £20.00 per week extra.

As a private local landlord, I respond quickly to any maintenance issues if they were to ever arise.
