Professional female seeking another professional

I'm 26, I've brought a house and I'm seeking another professional female to live with.
I've lived with different people for years and really enjoy the company of living with someone that I have things in common with.
I like going to the gym, or out for food/to the pub on the nights. I have a lovely social circle of friends who you are welcome to meet if you're not from round here, or are sociable.
It's a big room, fully furnished with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and a double bed. Still lots of room for your own furniture if you have some.
Old style house with a modern finish. A parking space is available on the drive and on the street. The house is a 15 minute walk from Stafford town centre, and 20 minute walk from the train station, which has links to both birmingham (south) and Manchester (north).
Viewing and meeting is required 😊 this can be before the 17th November which is when the room is available from.
