4 Bedroom Detached House In New Development

The house is in a new development and is detached. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 lawns, a big kitchen/ dining area and a very good sized living room. The room to be filled has a double bed with a wardrobe. It also has a garage which we use for extra storage.

We are looking for someone to replace our current housemate who is leaving to go back to France to pursue her career there.

At the moment, excluding her, there is two of us living in the house. Both of us are engineers by profession and work full time for well known companies. We are both very relaxed people in general.

Other than that we have a few movie and beer + pizza nights in and go out to the pub over the weekends to catch up with friends.

We have people over from time to time be it for a house party or just for a little chat and catch up session.

Our potential housemate should maintain personal hygiene and keep the house in a clean and tidy condition as it is almost brand new. It would of course help if they don't mind the social aspect we have in the house at the moment but we understand if someone would want their privacy too.
