Hi, two lads looking for another room mate.

The room is £295 a month all bills included and is situated on Tithe Barn Road, Stafford.

Good sized bedroom with bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers etc.
The house has two toilets, shower and a bath with a big kitchen with plenty of cooking space and utensils such as microwave, oven two fridges and freezer, toaster, toasty maker. We have a big shared living room with a big TV with X-Box.
Two gardens front and back with the back having benches and a BBQ area.
Mini conservatory and a spare room upstairs to put anything you didn't want to put in the bedroom.
We have a driveway for anyone with a car.
It's only a couple minutes walk to the local pub, Chinese, Pizza Hut and co op etc and a few minutes walk to Asda.
Takes about 10 minutes to walk to town centre and 15 to the train station.
The room will be available early/mid October due to our other housemate moving to China.
We don't mind who we share with, male or female :) couples are welcome, may just have to work out a bit extra towards bills.
