I am a female university lecturer and I have a large double room to rent in a 3 storey house. This is not a shared house - it is just me.

You will have sole use of your own separate bathroom which is done to a high spec. The house is listed, close to the hospital, walking distance to the train station, staffs university and the hospital. The room is bright and overlooks the garden. There is parking too, The kitchen comprises of an American size freezer, a 8 ring range cooker, Bosch washing machine and dish washer. Internet is available.
