Bright double room in Trent Vale

Hi guys!

I'm looking for a housemate to join me in my 2 bedroom terrace in Trent Vale! Bills aren't included but expected to only cost you maybe an extra £70-100 a month. I live a 10 minute walk from Springfield Retail Park with a huge Tesco and some other shops. I'm opposite a laundrette which helps with drying clothes, but I have a washing machine built in. I'm lucky to have wonderful neighbours next door - we're good friends from uni and as such we're always in and out of each others houses, and we have a family vibe which we want my future housemate to be a part of. I have a partner who comes round frequently, if this is an issue then please don't reply to this ad! However, any partner of yours will be welcome any time.

I get super stressed when things are unclean or untidy, so ideally, you will be the same! I cook regularly so hopefully we can work together on this if you're a keen cook too :) I have lots of plants so if you have allergies, my house is probably not the best place for you! I also rescue dogs and foster them so you'd have to be happy with that and not frightened/allergic. I enjoy having small groups of friends round on a weekend evening so of course your pals are more than welcome too. I'm very easy-going so being similar would definitely be an advantage, however I can't tolerate any sort of negative atmosphere in my home so please don't bring any bad vibes!
