Looking for a Chill Tidy Housemate!!

Hi im Kyle and i live in this lovely extended cottage in Blurton, its a little bit secluded, has a drive and a carpark outside the property for cars. Iv been living here 4 years with friends and now one is moveing out so im looking for a replacement room mate along with Tom who also lives here. There is a nice sized communal living room attached to the kitchen, 2 slightly smaller living rooms, ones a dart/ironing room at the moment. Me and Tom are both very tidy and clean people and easy to live with. I have a beautiful cat named Alvin so you must get on with him but that should be pretty easy. We switch between keeping ourselves in our rooms and watching Football or ufc and things in the living room. This is not a party house though either. Just want someone friendly, tidy and nice whos easy to live with. There is a nice Garden thats secluded and is really nice in the summer, theres 1 bedroom available that shares a bathroom with Tom.
