It's close to the university (Stafford University), the bus station (Hanley Coach Station) and supermarkets (Asda, etc) and McDonalds and local gyms.
In the house there is only me (a girl), there are only two double rooms in total. There's a driveway in case you drive. The WiFi is already set up and available, included in the bills.
The empty room is available immediately, ideally for a long-term let, but I am also open to letting it short-term if needed. That's why the price can be negotiable.
