Hi, this is an ensuite room at a student accomodation , Lomax Halls in Stoke on Trent. This place is walkable distance to Lidl and Sainsburry's and close to Staffordshire University. With bus service close by running to Keele University.
This room has an attached bathroom (ensuite) and a shared kitchen/lounge with 5 other flatmates. You would be staying alone in the room(as i was not able to select individual option so couldnt set that). The minimum stay required is till July 10th and you will be taking over the contract from me , with the same package. Stay after July is optional and upto the tenant.
