Single Room In 2 Bedroom Shared Flat. Near Staffor

2 bedroom flat in penkhull stoke on trent. 20 min walk to staffordshire uni or a 5 min walk to a bus stop that travels all the way to keele uni (where i should be starting this year).

Im renting a 2 bedroomed house but I dont like all the space and bills so I've decided to look for a room mate.
Im looking for a student preferably. Must be male. No pets aloud.
Rent = 180
I pay for internet, phone bill, gas, electricity, water, gym, food and a bus pass and that comes too £180 a month. Some bills will be halved like internet and water because there fixed rate but obviously gas and electricity will increase with 2 people.
Flats furnished bar the bedroom you move into. You have to walk through the living room to get to your bedroom however i will mostly be in my room unless you want to socialise in the living room so dont worry about me being in the living room all day and night. Youll basically get a bed room and living room to be honest.
The photos arnt that great but the rooms are bigger than they look.
the living room in the photos will become my bedroom. the bedroom will become the livingroom and the small room with the desk will be your room.

Bit about myself.
Im called josh. Im a metalhead but dont worry about me blasting loud music because I dont. I dont smell either (bit of a metalhead myth). Im pretty clean and tidy so i dont want someone moving in and making the flat dirty. Im very laid back and easy to get on with. I do have a pet tortoise (the little box on the floor on one of the photos). She would go in the living room. She mainly sleeps and slowly walks around. She is basically a pet rock but i love her. Hope this is not a problem for anyone.

I dont own the flat so if you do move in then you need to fill in an application at homesearch (ill give you all the details) which costs £100 then your name is put on the flat as well as me. If your under 25 you need a guarantor so that if you dont pay for rent they charge your guarantor.
