So you can expect NIC and PAT testing certificates, gas inspections, warranties on all electrical goods I provide, and of course you can ring me any time if you have any problems.

Tenancy is subject to a high level credit check (doesn't show on your credit history) and a deposit, lodged with a Landlord Deposit Scheme.
