A freshly decorated, good sized double room is available in our house in Stone. The location is ideal being 3 minutes from the Train Station and 5 minutes from the high-street.
There are 3 housemates aged 28-30. We are all busy working people who like to maintain a lovely place to come home to and relax. The house is very clean and tidy at all times and someone who is attentive to mess is a requirement. Please do consider this carefully as in the past individuals who rely on others to keep the house clean have been asked to move on.
We have recently renovated the whole downstairs of the house and have a lovely communal lounge as well as a relaxed conservatory area. We do like to socialise and occasionally have friends or family around for a few drinks or dinner. We all love to cook and there is a good sized, fully kitted out kitchen for you to use.
We are looking for someone relaxed, considerate, tidy and friendly. We are ideally looking for someone who wants a long term place to live and who will gel with housemates.
