The flat is lovely & in beautiful spot, 5 minute walk from stone town centre and views that overlook the canal & fields, there are beautiful walks & cycles routes & and bars & restaraunts are also just a short walk away.
It's also 10 minutes from the M6 so very handy for commuters. Trains and buses are also a 15 minute walk away.
current tenant is a professional and works long hours,. it's very tidy & well looked after & has a cottage homely feel.
The room is a great size, (photos don't do it justice) currently has a double bed, 3 double wardrobes, set of draws & enough room for any additional items you may have.
