Double room for single occupancy available in Riverside Tamworth just a mile from the town centre. It’s very peaceful here. It has just been redecorated June 2021.

Great bus services and great connections from the town or via the Train Station

Access to sky broadband included as well as the gas, electricity and water included in monthly fee. You need to provide your own food, toiletries and washing machine products.

I have a double gas oven and hob, integrated dishwasher and washing machine. TVs in both living room and conservatory. With internet TV.

The entire house has recently been redecorated with new flooring throughout.

Access to a bathroom (upstairs) with P-Shaped bath with power shower, toilet & sink and also a downstairs shower room with shower cubicle, toilet & sink.

The outside is all block paved and gravel & very low maintenance and very private. There are 4 washing lines, props & pegs for your use.

The room consists of a double bed, bedside table with lamp, built in wardrobe, 2 floating shelves, dressing table, stool, white wooden Venetian blinds, curtains, mirror and radiator. Room is south facing with large opening double windows.

£450 deposit payable immediately to secure room & £450 per month, full time or £350 per month staying Monday to Thursdays only.

Absolutely no smokers or vapers not even outside my house.

I have 2 extremely well behaved small dogs who do not moult.
