The room is a double with a double bed with brand new furniture and has been recently decorated.

The room has an ensuite with a shower and toilet.

The kitchen is downstairs and would be shared.
I mainly use my office and the upstairs (Its a 3 storey house) as I also have an ensuite.
There is a bathroom on the same room as the double room with a toilet and bath. I dont use but its fine if the occupant wants to use.
