Mature working lodger who likes space and quiet?

Room available in end terrace town house in quiet street on Trentham Lakes Estate, close to M6/J15 and A50. The room has a double bed, built in cupboard and a SEPARATE, private bathroom. It is spotlessly clean with a newly laid carpet.

This room would be suitable for either a mature professional with a stable home life who needs a private, secure space whilst working in the area, a student or a hospital professional. Medical professionals are particularly welcome; the Royal Stoke hospital is a 15 minute drive away.

Sorry, I only accept lodgers who need a room for work/study purposes, not those who need accommodation due to a relationship ending or a place to dump their worldly belongings.

I'm 51, friendly and even-tempered but I do value my personal space. I am looking for an independent, respectful lodger who is happy to be alone in the house as I work away or travel at times. You would be the only lodger.

The house is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. Broadband, a washing machine and off road parking is available. There is another spare room which is used for the clothes line, ironing etc..

There is also a garage which could store a bicycle.

I've had some wonderful lodgers to date: Indian GP, Jordanian engineer (married and away from home for a few months), British hospital nutritionist. I welcome lodgers of any faith.
