Professional wanted. Double bedroom available for rent in Uttoxeter. Utilities (including broadband are included) along with a shared kitchen and bathroom. I’m very easy access to the A50 and am close by to JCB. There’s plenty of street parking and occasionally a visitor space is available to the property but isn’t always available. There is a shared garden but this is between all the residents in the building. I do have a Pomeranian dog (I only get him a couple of days a week though due to my busy hours) so any candidate must be ok with dogs although he’s usually confined to wherever I am in the home. I am a live in landlord.
