Hi, we're a married couple and looking to rent one of the bed rooms and a separate office. House is of an excellent standard, you'll have access to a shared smart kitchen (inc space in fridge/freezer etc) and the washer / dryer in the utility room. Good sized modern family bathroom. If you want to sit outside there is a private south facing garden with patio etc. We both work, often one of us at home.

The bedroom is larger than it looks, it's 3.4m x 2.2m. The bed is brand new. This is upstairs. Downstairs you have dedicated use of an office, great for homeworking or just resting/reading.

There is a garage where you can store bikes + plenty of off road parking on the drive.

Nice area - 40mins walk to train station (or a bike/bus/taxi much quicker options). 7mins walk to nearest large supermarket. Dominos pizza, chinese & fish & chip shops, cafe bar and local shop even closer.

5mins drive to Cannock Chase for anyone who likes the outdoors.
