Recently refurbished and fully furnished room with full-sized kitchen, access to private garden area and an ensuite shower room. Neatly styled with plenty of storage space.

This studio-styled room should have everything you need to get by comfortably. Including cooker, fridge and small kitchen appliances, cuttlery and crockery.

You will have private access to a shared shower room, and further access to a washing machine in the hall.
Wi-fi and utility bills are also included in the rent.

The house is shared by two others, myself included. We are quiet and keep to our own areas of the house. There are few guests and I would prefer to keep it that way.

As I work from home, I am ideally looking to keep the house relatively quiet during the week in the daytime.

A successful applicant will be long-term employed and able to provide a reference from a previous landlord.
I will meet potential lodgers before a visit to the room is scheduled.

I also have a dog, a yellow lab who is very friendly. He is kept in the other areas of the house, but if you have a fear of, or allergy to dogs, please be aware he is often free to roam the house.

There is plenty of on-street parking or there is a driveway space for a compact car (such as a KA or similar).

The room is available for a single occupant only. No couples or sharing.
