Double Room to let in a clean, comfortable, warm home in a small, quiet, private, housing estate in the village of Airth, Falkirk, Stirlingshire.

Airth is situated on the A905 Stirling Road within easy commuting distance of Stirling (20 mins) and Falkirk (17 mins) with a bus service serving both. It is also within easy reach of Grangemouth, Larbert, Stenhousemuir, Ineos (11 mins), Forth Valley Royal Hospital (10 mins), the Kincardine and Clackmannanshire Bridges (both 5 mins), M876, M80, and M9.

There is space on the driveway to park a car and storage room in the garage or loft.

The room available is fully furnished and has fitted wardrobes. It is located at the rear of the house, is bright and looks out onto the decking area. The occupant will have almost exclusive use of the family bathroom (only used by my nephew at weekends), which has a full-size bath, separate shower and vanity unit.

Bed linen and towels supplied or use your own.

The kitchen is fully fitted with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a tumble dryer in the garage.

The garden has a rotary drier and a seating area on the decking.

The house is occupied by myself and some weekends by my nephew who is in his first year at University. I have one small, friendly Yorkshire Terrier and 2 rescue kitties; both friendly.

I would prefer just one tenant but will consider couples with the rent being adjusted accordingly.

I successfully let out rooms in my previous location and have remained friends with the occupants. Clean,
