Double room / house share

Hi, I'm Sarah. Offering double room in my home - fully furnished property, with shared access to lounge, kitchen/diner, utility room (with washer and dryer), downstairs toilet and family bathroom (shower over bath). There is also private rear garden, and off-road parking if you have a car.

The room, as shown in the photo, comes with double bed (bedding provided if needed), built-in double wardrobe, 2 chests of draws, and one wall mounted mirror. It's nicely decorated, cosy, and has lots of storage.

The house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, only 2 mins walk to bus stop - on route to Stirling city centre, and Glasgow/Edinburgh City Link bus.

Bill included, plus wifi, but no phone.

I'm a really friendly, and laid back person. Looking for a mature student/ professional: Someone kind, clean, trustworthy and respectful. Would be nice if you share the some of the same interests as me- cooking/eating, music gigs, travel, cinema/boxsets, going out socialising (but no hardcore partying!)

Cannot accept anyone with pets (since I have a cat already), and no indoor smoking.
