I'm looking for a sensible and clean lodger, who is out and about a fair amount of the time.
In return you get a bright roomy double room with loads of storage and a desk + chair for if you WFH some of the time. You would also have a private bathroom with shower (installed since pic was taken). Access to a lovely big garden to hang out in if the sun ever comes out. A cleaner comes in twice a month and is included in the cost as well as all other bills.
Reasonable sized doggos are welcome.
I would have a strong preference for an applicant who will not cook meat in the kitchen.
