Double room available in 2 bed flat on a quiet street. A 5 min walk to the train station and a 25/30 min walk to the university. Full time students welcome as long as you are willing to share council tax (£55/each with the student discount, £80/each otherwise). Bills vary as they are on a prepaid meter but would come to about £50-60/each at the moment.
My flatmate is finishing his masters in the summer, so I am looking for someone to take over. Sharing with myself and my dog - Spoon. I currently work at a riding school and in care, but I will be starting a part time counselling course in September. I'm fairly outdoorsy, I like hiking, climbing, running and horse riding. I'm also quite outgoing and I love a good chat so would be looking for someone similar.
