Furnished double room in quiet shared flat

I am looking for a flatmate to rent the other bedroom in the flat.

I have mainly indoor cats, so only consider this if you truly like animals.

The room to rent is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase, desk and chair.

There is a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower and utility room.
There is gas central heating, double glazing and broadband. There is also loft space for extra storage.

The neighbours are all quiet and friendly and the flat is situated on the 2nd floor of the building.

I do enjoy socialising but this tends to be at the weekend, as I work Monday to Friday. I love cooking and like to have friends round for dinner sometimes.

I'm easy going and I'm happy to socialise or give folk their own space as they choose.

The flat has excellent transport links being 1km to Bridge of Allan train station which has direct trains to Stirling, Dunblane, Edinburgh and Glasgow. There are also plenty of buses going to the university, into Stirling and the flat is about a 30 minute walk to the university.
Access to the A9 to Perth and the M80 to Glasgow/Edinburgh is a 5 minute drive up the road.
