Quiet, Comfortable Room in a Well-Equipped Home

A bright, furnished double room is available in my end-terraced three-bed house (functionally two bedrooms plus an office). The room comes with its own smart TV and some built-in storage space.

The home is fully equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, air fryer, and fast fibre broadband. The living room has a TV with Netflix and whichever streaming services I’m subscribed to at the time.

I’m a professional who keeps a calm, tidy household. I work typical office hours and am up early, so I appreciate a peaceful environment. My routine is mostly reading, gym, yoga, and the occasional glass of wine with a film, and I’m close to some lovely walking spots if you enjoy getting outdoors.

This rental would particularly suit someone with their own transportation, as it makes getting around the area much easier.

I may be getting a cat later in the year, and I’m open to a well-behaved pet if it suits the space.

I’m looking for someone who is quiet, considerate, and self-sufficient, and who values having a relaxed home to come back to.
