Double and/or King Room in terraced show home

King Room with double sliding wardrobe

Hello,

My name is Jamie and this is my house. It is my pride and joy but I am looking let out a room.

Due to my work schedule I am very rarely at home (1-2 days a month maximum) so you’d have the place to yourself almost all the time.

I have 2 rooms but looking to let out 1 hence the pictures of 2 because I’d allow you to choose which room you’d prefer.

Room 1.
King bed, large sliding wardrobe wall mounted mirror.

Room 2.
Double ottoman bed, average size built in wardrobe and chest of drawers and a desk.

The house itself was a show home for the development it is situated so as I’m sure you can imagine it is very modern and clean.

Living/Dining/Kitchen
The ground floor is almost 1 large room which comprises of an open plan living room and kitchen with a dining area with space for 6 (4 more comfortably). 65 inch Samsung TV in the living room also. The Kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Electric oven and hob and loads of utensils for your cooking needs.

There is also a small downstairs toilet.

Master bathroom
The master bathroom is nice and spacious. A full size bath with good pressure shower over the bath. All fully tiled and very clean and modern.

Outdoors
The back garden is south facing which means in the summer it is a real sun trap! The garden is sunk below a wall at the end and has tall fences a the sides so it is incredibly private. Decked area with outdoor furniture to seat 7 people.

Transport links

Trains,
Camelon (5mins), Larbert (5 mins), Falkirk Grahamston(10 mins), Falkirk High 10-15 mins). All of these stations have great connections to Edinburgh, Glasgow and the rest of Scotland.

Bus
There is a bus stop about a minute away that goes to Falkirk every 30 mins or so.

Parking
There is 1 parking space for the house which you’d be able to use but there is also plenty visitor parking that can be used too.

15min drive to Grangemouth,
15 min drive to Stirling,
10 mins to Falkirk,
15 mins to Cumbernauld.
30 mins drive to Glasgow City Centre
40 mins drive to Edinburgh City Centre
