Spacious Double Room in Falkirk Town Centre

I have a bedroom to rent in the town centre. There's a communal area outside and your room looks out on to it.

The living/dining room is big and has plenty of natural light. TV, virgin Internet and Netflix.

The room comes fully furnished with bedding and towels. A kitchen with all the plates, cups and glasses that you could need. One shared bathroom.

A little bit about me. I love going on adventures. I work teaching art and also at a local pub.

I've always got a project or two on the go. I love going to the gym or heading out for a walk. When I'm home I spend most of my time upstairs in the loft conversion.

Ideally I'm looking for a professional, someone that I can trust, that treats the place like their own. A pet may be considered. No couples I'm afraid this is based on single occupancy. I'm also happy to arrange shorter term lets or Monday to Friday.

Situated just off the High Street it's a 5min walk to Falkirk Grahamston Station, 10min walk to Falkirk High. Everything is on your doorstep.
