King Size Room

Hey we have a spacious double room to rent in our 2 bedroom house.
The are is very quiet and has very friendly neighbours.
Falkirk high station is a short 10 mins walk away and the area has great transport links as well as only a 15 minute walk to the camelon station and 20 min walk to grahamstone station and just a 5 minute drive to the town centre and retail park

The room comes furnished with king size bed, tv with fire stick with access to all apps, 2 bedside units and 2 chest of drawers. Clothes rail for hanging clothes.
Large window with natural sunlight.
It also has a lock and key for privacy.

Shared areas of the house are the kitchen, the bathroom and living room, front and back garden. (The back garden is getting work done to it just now so there is not anywhere to sit just now but will be soon)

Bathroom includes bath, shower and toilet.
All toiletries and cleaning materials will not be included in room rental.

There is a shared living space (kitchen and living room)
In the kitchen you will have use of the washing machine, tumble dryer and you will have your own fridge and freezer space. The kitchen has a microwave, gas cooker, George Forman, kettle and toaster.
There is also all utensils too (glasses, cutlery, plates, pots/ pans etc)

The living room is a lovely cosy room with corner sofa (lots of blankets and candles) and wall mounted tv with a fire stick with access to all apps.

You will share the living spaces and bathroom with the current tenant, she is 31 years old and is a trainee dentist.
