Double room available from 03/03/2025 @ £550 p/m

I have a double room to rent in my current 2 bedroom flat I am renting which will be available from the 3rd of March (2025). Flat is made up of a hallway, 2 double bedrooms with built in wardrobes, 1 bathroom which was put in 3 years ago (beginning of tenancy) a kitchen and living room.

The room has built in wardrobes, double glazed windows and storage heating (unfortunately).

Rent itself is £625 with bills averaging out to around £450 p/m hence it being £550. Room will be unfurnished however I am happy to provide furniture if needed and of course if these are taken care of. Please note that the council tax band is C.

My name is Victoria and I am 28. Currently working full time as a night shift care assistant however due to return to my studies as of September to complete my degree at UoS in Adult Nursing (final year). I am a sociable person and do enjoy company as well as chilling out/quiet nights in. Often found to be working and sleeping throughout day.

Preferably looking for a female professional to move in with me up until August 2026 at the latest. Individual must be able to provide a reference and proof of affordability.

I do own a small cat called Willow and so will have to be ok with this.
