I have spacious double room in a Victorian Villa for rent in a quiet area near the centre of Falkirk. Included in the house is access to a large living room, kitchen and dining room, bathroom and a small but sunny (if we get any) garden. There is on street parking.
My home is situated within a 5 min walk from the train station, centre of town and access to some beautiful canal walks.
You would be sharing with me a young 54 live in landlord, 21yr old professional and a 18mth old cat. We enjoy a chat now and again but respect housemates privacy.
