Smaller bedroom

I’m Sarah, 38, and a high school teacher. I have a double bedroom in my 4 bedroom detached house available.

It’s a fully furnished double room, with wardrobe, bedside chests of drawers , and two drawers in the bed. It’s a nice, cozy room, at the back of the house, overlooking the garden and wild area behind, where deer come to eat.

You’d have shared use of the main bathroom with the other lodger. This includes a shower and jacuzzi bath. (With the exception of the odd bath, I don’t use that bathroom as I have an en-suite). You’d also have use of the dinning room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, utility room( with washer and dryer) and downstairs bathroom.

All bills included.

It’s a nice quiet neighbourhood, mostly professionals and families. It’s really not far from Stirling. It’s on the bus route, but better if you have your own car. If your drive it’s only 10 mins to the city centre and 5 mins to the motorway if you commute (like me). Parking available.
I'm a really friendly, and laid back person. Looking for a mature student/ professional: Someone kind, clean, trustworthy and respectful. Would be nice if you share the some of the same interests as me- cooking/eating, music gigs, travel, cinema/boxsets, going out socialising (but no hardcore partying!) I’ve had various lodgers over the years, so very used to shared living. As is my cat and dog. x
