I am a 28 year old professional looking for a flatmate from June 1st, 2021.
The flat is in a great location in Riverside, Stirling. It's less than 10 minutes' walk to the bus and railway station and several supermarkets. GP surgeries and a dentist are also close.
The rent is £305/month plus bills and council tax; altogether around £420/month. There is off-street parking for the residents in the courtyard. There is double glazing and gas central heating.
The flat would be suitable for a young professional. I am a quiet, easy-going person and get on well with people. Unfortunately due to agency rules no pets, couples or DSS are allowed.
