Room to rent

I'm looking for someone to rent out my spare room. I own the flat and am very liberal when it comes to decorating and doing what you what with the room. I am preferably looking for a short term let at the moment but happy to discuss terms as needed.

The bills are all included, with the exception of council tax. This would add approximately 80 pounds pcm to anyone who is not exempt. I'm happy to buy in all the amenities such as toilet/kitchen roll and any other household supplies.

The flat is located only a few minutes walk from the city centre and is on the doorstep to Stirling Castle, which you have free access to as a resident within the boundries. There are two large supermarkets within walking distance and a local convenience store within 50 yards of the front door. This location is also ideal for those commuting by train or bus as both are within a 10 minute walk.

The room itself is spacious with lots of storage room. The kitchen is large with a nice view overlooking Stirling.
