Available now, master bedroom with en-suite shower room. Top floor furnished flat, recently completed by Ogilvie Homes. Very spacious bedroom, with double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. Ridiculously spacious living room, feat. “the den” in the corner which could probably be put to better use... Modern kitchen with all the usual appliances, also including washing machine/tumble dryer and a dishwasher. Communal reception hall with security entry, balcony, designated parking bay. Very quiet area, mostly families, and almost exclusively middle-aged tenants in our block. Fantastic views of Stirling castle, Wallace monument and the Ochils from the living room. Approx. 20 min walk from town centre and Stirling train station, and 13 min drive or 25 min cycle to Stirling uni. Just an all-round really great, homely flat.

I'm a 23yo female, working as a lab technician at a local biotechnology company, so work full time Monday to Friday. I've been in the flat since November 2018 and really love it here. I'm a warm, considerate and generally laid-back kinda person (I won't complain if the dishes aren't done straight away if you don't...), so looking for a similarly tidy-but-chilled person to share the flat with. I can be a bit introverted and keep myself to myself at times, so I won't be offended if you're the kind of person who likes their own space. Equally I'm up for chilling together with a takeaway and Netflix every now and then. I'd rather read a good book in the bath than go out to a club tbh. What I lack in millennial angst and effervescence, I make up for with a good sense of humour, geeky charm, general bubbliness, and the ability to whip up a good curry.
