I have a spare beautiful double room in my home. From April to September I do AirBnB pretty full on for this room but bookings get really quiet at this time of year so I am considering short term lodger arrangements. If you need something short term then we might be the solution!
It is sharing with me and my 7 year old son, our friendly cockerpoo puppy and 2 lovely cats so you must be kid and pet friendly!
We are in Kings Park so very close to town and also the park itself. Parking is either resident's permit or park behind our property in the private lane.
The room itself has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and desk. It is right next door to the main bathroom which you would have almost exclusive use of as we also have an ensuite from my bedroom. There is a large well equipped kitchen and comfy living room too.
All bills including broadband are included in the £100/week but if you are liable for council tax (not a student) then there may be a cost there. Let me know if you are interested !
