Short term opportunity in lovely home

Hi,
I have a beautiful double and newly refurbished spare room in my home. I am considering short term lodger arrangements with a view to doing AirBnB lets in the summer. If you need something short term then we might be the solution!

It is sharing with me and my 13 year old son, our friendly cockerpoo and 2 lovely cats so looking for someone cool with pets.!

We are in Kings Park so very close to town and also the park itself. Parking is either resident's permit or park behind our property in the private lane.

The room itself has a double bed, drawers, hanging space, small table and chair. There is also space for a desk if needed. The bedroom is right next door to the main bathroom which you would pretty much have exclusive use of as we also have an ensuite that my son & I can use. We occasionally might need to bath the dog in there though. There is a large well equipped kitchen and utility space and comfy living room too although I have my desk in there so I usually need it to myself during week days..

All bills including broadband are included in the £175/week but if you are liable for council tax (not a student) then there may be a cost there. Let me know if you are interested and we can chat more;
