Furnished en-suite in quiet flat

Renting out a spacious converted attic space in a 2 bedroom flat in the Riverside area of Stirling. The flat is about ten minutes walk from the train station and is on a bus route so it's very easy to get to town.

You will be renting all of the upstairs; which is a bedroom with an ensuite. You'll also have access to the downstairs kitchen and bathroom.

The room itself is bright and spacious, and has a view out onto the Ochil Hills. The room is furnished, with a double bed, bedside table, TV, full body size mirror and large chest of drawers.

Due to some redecorating; there is currently no living room in the flat (I've converted it into a bedroom), but this is only temporary. There is an empty room that can be used to store stuff, a bike or anything bulky etc

This room would suit somebody professional who needs a quiet place to chill out after work. This flat would probably not suit a student, though a mature student might be ok. Personally I'd prefer a vegetarian/vegan but this is in no way a deal breaker.

I currently work from home, so will be in most days.
