Ensuite double bedroom to rent

One room (with ensuite) to rent in my home in Stirling, Scotland.  It’s a quiet area with private parking (gated entry), so if you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. 

Five minute walk to the city centre and train station and approximately 10 minutes by bus to Stirling University campus.

The available room is furnished with a double bed, two walk in closets, side table and dresser.
The communal living room/kitchen has Sky TV, wifi and regular household amenities such as a washer, fridge/freezer etc

Utilities are not included in rent cost but typically approximate £75 per month.  Your cut will be about £500 per month (including council tax if you are eligible to pay it)

Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, a non smoker, no pets sadly!

I'm flexible on the price and move in date.
I understand how expensive renting can be and I can try and accommodate lower prices on the monthly rent and deposit.
