The flat is peaceful, extremely clean and beautifully decorated with oak kitchen worktops, restored floors throughout and quality appliances - all traditional and classic in style. The garden is a pure oasis and the neighbours who share it are glorious, ranging from a couple of students to families, so there is a great community feeling.

We have a cleaning rota which gets completed on a weekly basis (you would do the hall, bathroom or kitchen) and you have your own shelves, drawers and storage in the kitchen for your groceries. The kitchen has everything you will ever need (and more!) with regards to utensils, Crockery, pans, washing machine etc.
The neighbours, my flatmate and I like to sit in the garden with pots of tea and blankets, the occasional fire pit or every so often, a Sunday roast round the kitchen table. It’s a sociable place, but rarely do we have mass visitors inside the house.
The flat is in a great location, 7 minutes walk to the train / bus station and literally a stones through away from a large supermarket, right in the centre of town. You can also walk to Stirling University, in approx 35mins or to stirling castle in 12 minutes.
FYI - It’s permit parking directly out the front of the flat, but free parking round the corner.
