I’m looking for a house mate in my 2 bed flat in Stirling city centre. There is lots of storage space and a welcoming shared livingroom and kitchen. New boiler just fitted so shower and heating are perfect.
Im a freelance sustainability professional so I’m often travelling through the week and stay at my boyfriend’s in Glasgow, so the flat is often empty for you to enjoy. When I’m back at weekends I’m out on the bike or running in the hills - also I do enjoy a movie night rather than a night out!
There is a shared garden out the back which is lovely in the summer. Looking for someone who is relatively tidy and doesn’t mind me being in and out a fair bit.
I pay around £90 for bills on my own so imagine they’ll be around max £60 each and council tax is included in the monthly cost.
