Small room available in Stirling City Centre. Student only due to council tax purposes.

The (maisonette) flat is currently occupied by 2 other people - 1 student and 1 professional (live-in landlord).
There are 2 bathrooms shared between occupants, one with a jacuzzi bathtub! There is a large kitchen/living room area - the kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and modern appliances.

The room itself is quite small, but is able to fit a double bed, desk and chair, and small chest of drawers. There are also two large drawers in the bed frame for clothes storage.

Due to the previous tenant having own wardrobe there is not currently one in the room, however this can be provided. If preferable, the double bed can be swapped out for a single! Effectively, furniture and layout can be altered slightly to your preference :)

The flat is situated in the King's Park area of Stirling, only a 10 minute walk to the train and bus stations with links to the University. It takes around 25 minutes total to travel to the uni by bus, and 10-15 minutes by car.

If you have your own car, on-street permit parking is available via Stirling Council at a cost of £95 per year.

The monthly rent is inclusive of bills.
