The studio flat is advertised at a discounted price of 199 GBP per week (Bills included). The flat could be visited with prearrangement.

The accommodation is conveniently located within 8-10 minutes of walking distance of key amenities: Thistles Shopping Centre, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, bars, pubs, and a variety of restaurants (Chinese, Italian, Indian, Turkish).

Proximity to Stirling Railway Station and Stirling Bus Station is ideal for commuting, with a direct train taking approximately 27 minutes to Glasgow and 35 minutes to Edinburgh.

Room details:
• The studio flat is furnished with a small double bed, a desk area complete with bookshelves, a chair, and a wardrobe.
• Includes a private bathroom and a well-equipped private kitchen with a hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining table, and chairs.
• Access to common facilities such as the lounge and laundry room.
• Essential utensils and kitchenware (cooking pot, frying pan, knife, etc.) will be provided for the occupant's convenience.
