I am looking for someone to replace me at the Centro House Stirling Student Accommodation from March 20th, 2026, till the end of the contract—July 10th, 2026. In case the move-in date could be negotiated.

The studio flat is advertised at a price of 200 GBP per week (Bills included). The flat could be visited with prearrangement.

As per the contractual obligations, the person who intends to take the flat should be a university student.

Room details:
• The studio flat is furnished with a small double bed, a desk area complete with bookshelves, a chair, and a wardrobe.
• Includes a private bathroom and a well-equipped private kitchen with a hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining table, and chairs.
• Access to common facilities such as the lounge and laundry room.
• Conveniently close to the Stirling Railway Station (8 mins walk), Stirling Bus Station (6 mins walk), Thistles Shopping Centre (8 mins walk)
• Vibrant location with nearby amenities including Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, bars, pubs, and a variety of restaurants (Chinese, Italian, Indian, Turkish) within a 10-15 mins walk and 3-5 mins cycling.
• Essential utensils and kitchenware (cooking pot, frying pan, knife, etc.) will be provided for the occupant's convenience.
