Situated in a new development close to the city centre I am offering a fully furnished double room (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet)with a private bathroom (including shower) and shared kitchen, living room and large south facing balcony.
Wifi and Sky HD including box sets and Movies. TV in bedroom has sky and Netflix available.
Private parking and bike shed and also on regular bus route to town, Uni, Prudential and Forth Valley college although apart from uni are only a ten minute walk. Two minutes drive to Glasgow/Edinburgh motorways.
There is a next bike cycle hire stand outside.
Local amenities on doorstep include a gym, library, numerous takeaways, and a large Sainsbury.
Fantastic view of the Castle from room and living room and best seat in the house for New Year fireworks.
I am looking for an easy going person who won't be allergic to my friendly cat, will tidy up after themselves but won't be obsessive about a speck of dust (or cat hair - she is white and despite regular brushing sheds a lot!). I don't have strict rules or run amok with post it notes on
