Hello these rooms are available to rent on month by month basis. I am putting this advert up on behalf of my mum (owner/live in landlord). Sorry no students.

Bedrooms with en-suite with shower/toilet.

The rooms have limited storage so would suit someone that does not have a lot of 'stuff'.

Clean and tidy housemate please. You must be in full time work and working normal working hours (e. g. 9am to 5pm or similar).

Bills are included, fair and responsible use expected.

Please no DSS/couples/students/smokers/p ets

According to Google it is 25 min walk to town centre or 30 min walk to train station but you can obviously get buses from nearby stops. It's a few minutes drive to the M9 motorway. Stirling Uni and innovation park is about 10 minute drive or 30-45 minutes with bus depending on route.

The house has 5 bedrooms all en-suite. There is a large garden and plenty of place to sit outside if you like.

Please let me know your circumstances when you message, e. g. are you working, hours of work (please no 4am starts..!), when you want to move in and how long you are looking to rent for, thanks.

House is currently for sale (no rush though) so no long term rents can be gauranteed hence the month by month basis.
