On a working beef and sheep farm. There will be farm noise eg. Livestock. No machinery normally before 7.30am. But obviously it is a workplace as well so at times it will be noisy and busy outside.

We live in the rest of the house. Out working a lot but we also chill inside when done for the day. Have a friendly outside farm dogs on the property.
We're friendly and accommodating, quite happy to hang out or let you enjoy your own space.

We enjoy getting outdoors and have kayak and bikes that can be borrowed.
Surrounded by countryside with lots of areas to explore, river Forth is right next to the house.

Must have own transport as 3 miles from Thornhill and 8 from Stirling.
