Cosey, Bright Little Bedroom In Friendly House

This is the second room in my property that is available to rent.
It is smaller but has a single bed that can turn into comfy small double.
There is a built in cupboard with hanging space and shelf at the top. There is a head board on the bed- but this doesn't have to stay if not needed.
Happy to add small chest of drawers or table at the end of the bed and a bed side table if you require it.
The room gets the lovely afternoon sun and had lovely wooden floor boards.
House is shared with another female renter any myself and a yet to let larger room. I own the house and live downstairs.
The house has two toilets, one family bathroom, communal sitting room and kitchen and a beautiful garden. All for use.
The garden has a summer house which is a beautiful place to sit and watch the bees in the garden in the summer or watch the birds in winter and autumn.

The house is the mins walk from
centre of beccles and 15 mins walk from beccles train station. There are great bus and train connections to Norwich, Lowestoft, great yarmouth, Southwold and other surrounding areas.
Beccles has all amenities and is a lovely friendly town.

The House is 25 mins drive from
a beach - either cove hithe or Southwold and has a small park and local coop five mins walk away.
