We're offering a double room in a bright, spacious three-bedroom, three storey home, just minutes from Beccles train station.

Rent is super straightforward: £525 per month for a single person, £675 per month for couples, with a one-month rent deposit. All bills are included—gas, water, electricity, council tax, high-speed internet, and we'll even chuck in a Netflix profile for you too! :-)

The house is filled with natural light, especially in the open-plan kitchen and living area, perfect for cooking, socialising, or just unwinding.

The bedrooms are generously sized at 3.7x3.7m. We’ll clear out all our old housemate's furniture too so you can really make the room your own.

Our location is unbeatable—just a minute's walk from the supermarket and three minutes from the train station. Plus, we're close to the quay, offering beautiful waterfront views for a relaxing stroll or a morning jog.

We're a friendly, sociable household - we're all mates and so we're looking for someone who wants more than just a room but who will hopefully go on to also be a friend in the house. We value good company, enjoy a laugh and we like to balance our work and social lives.
