We live in a 4 bedroom detached home with a double garage and decent sized gated driveway for at least 2 cars and cctv.
Our garden is secure, well maintained with a lawn and a patio. We have garden furniture which you are welcome to make use of.
Our bespoke kitchen is well equipped with a large gas stove, ceramic butler style sink, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dining table. There is ample cupboard space for your food and utensils.
There are 2 WC’s and there is a full bathroom upstairs, this has an electric walk-in shower.
The house is warm and centrally heated with radiators in all the bedrooms.
All the windows are double glazed, and secondary glazed meaning the house is quiet despite being close to Mildenhall airforce base.
Other facilities
We have a washing machine and dryer and these are available for your use.
Wifi is superfast and reliable.
All bills and utilities are included.
The house is also professionally cleaned every week, also at no charge.
Our location
We have lived here for over 20 years and thoroughly enjoy it here because it is a safe, peaceful and convenient location. We know many of the neighbours and have many friends here.
We are a couple of minutes walk from the bus stop into Mildenhall. There is also a convenience store, various pubs, restaurants and take-aways close by and within walking distance.
We are in a cul-de-sac position with a nature reserve also within a couple of minutes walk.

We are both active and retired. My husband and I enjoy keeping fit, going out and spending time with our grand-children.

We are looking for an honest, trouble free, quiet, organised, self-reliant and fuss-free person who does not smoke and does their socialising outside of the home. If you have drugs or alcohol problems we respectfully ask that you look elsewhere.
